Return & Refund Policy

At Arrnit, our commitment to excellence is paramount, and each garment is meticulously tailor-made to ensure a perfect, custom fit for our discerning clientele. Accordingly, we uphold a strict policy regarding returns and refunds. Placement of an order constitutes acceptance of our terms and conditions. Owing to the bespoke nature of production, we do not provide exchanges or returns.

Return & Replacement

We implement rigorous, three-stage quality inspections prior to dispatch to minimize discrepancies and ensure product standards.  Kindly verify sizing with care or consult with us prior to checkout. Replacement are accepted solely for items that have sustained damage in transit. Please do not accept delivery if the outer shipment appears damaged. Upon verification of the original returned item(s) by our logistics partner, a replacement of equivalent value and specifications will be dispatched within 10–30 days.

Cancelation & Refund

Order cancellations and refunds may be considered only prior to the order entering production, typically within one (1) to six (6) hours of placement. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within ten (10) days from the date of approval.
For late-authorized payments that were never captured by us, an auto‑refund may be triggered by the payment gateway within five (5) days.
